Refund policy
If you for some reason you need to return a product purchased on one of our stores, know that we at HALO will do what we can to make you happy. Please note that returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, and can be initiated via email.
Most applicable refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Additionally, for food items, such as matcha, we only accept returns and exchanges of products that are unused and in their original packaging, or dimmed unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages.
Your HALO matcha should arrive in a sealed inner bag, to protect the quality, freshness and safety of your tea. If the seal is broken (the inner bag is opened, the tea is not safe for consumption. Please contact us at thehaloteacompany@gmail.com
Non-food items: For non-food items, we only accept returns and exchanges for defective products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
Products unfit for use, due to any visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort. We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy. If, for any reason though, your product is defective upon arrival or incorrect compared to your order receipt, please contact us at thehaloteacompany@gmail.com
